Man of Mystery

What happened between them was both love affair and warfare. Their bodies played with love, their minds with war. The combination was electric.

"Captain Jack the mystery man," Swanson mocked. "I'll learn your secrets."

"Good luck," said Jack, naked in her bed. Cocksure.

"You must have come from somewhere."

"You'll never know where."

"I've got a file on you now."

He laughed, kissing the back of her neck. "You think so?"

When she looked at her computer in the morning, the file was missing. No matter: she'd kept another copy at work, under a special password.

That was gone, too.
