Weather Warnings

Owen was soaked when he came back from Weevil hunting with Toshiko. "It's cats and dogs out there," he said. "I'm going home before it gets worse."

When they'd all gone, all but Ianto, Jack turned to the satellite view of Cardiff, watching the clouds swirl as the rain increased. He remembered flying above the clouds - the biplane, the Spitfire, the Chula warship. Once with the TARDIS doors open, looking directly down on the city.

He sat staring at the monitor, not quite seeing it.

The Oncoming Storm, to be loved or feared, depending.

Jack loved a good storm.
