Resurrection

Three days. He was dead for three days this time. Was that a record? Difficult to judge time, when you're dead.

The last thing he remembered was the touch of Abaddon's shadow. The next thing he knew was Gwen's kiss. A kiss shouldn't bring resurrection... should it? Perhaps. He'd done it to others, more or less, so maybe it was right that Gwen could do it for him. His instinct to keep her at Torchwood was good.

She helped him to stand, holding him. Hugging him tightly.

"What are you?" she whispered, and he didn't know what to tell her.
