Welsh Vowels
Even after tonight's lovemaking, Jack stayed in Ianto's bed, naked, holding his book but not reading it. Ianto kissed Jack's chest. He loved it when Jack stayed afterwards. Jack put an arm around him. "Will you read to me?"
"Why?"
"...Those musical Welsh vowels. Like magic. Loveliest voice in Wales."
"Bollocks," muttered Ianto, pleased. He took the book from Jack's hands and read aloud: "Montgomery fired and missed, bowed his head, threw up his arm, and turned to run. I fired, and the Thing still came on; fired again, point-blank, into its ugly face...."
"You make it poetry," said Jack.
