Welcome

Captain John Hart couldn't go home. He knew that. There was a saying that home is where, when you have to go there, they have to take you in. That wouldn't happen. It'd be a bloodbath. He wasn't ready to die. Not that way.

After he lost Jack, he'd hit rock bottom. Then he met Gray, and that bottom fell out from under him.

There was only one place he could run to. It wasn't home, but it was the closest John had. Jack's Cardiff. Torchwood.

First Jack kissed him. Then he hit him.
